The Moonshine Festival is one of he most cherished annual events. There are tons of crafts and great tasting eats. There is dancing in the streets with clogging shows and the area is alive with excitement. One of the best things about the festival is that its always family friendly and the people that comes to the festival are always gleeful and courteous. Fourth of July extravaganza is one of my favorite events. Our town really lights up the sky with a beautiful display of fireworks each year.  This year we had it a Rock Creek Park. There is plenty of parking around and lots of other activities going on. We also have several Movies in the Park. This has become a family favorite of hours. What could be better than getting outside and enjoying a great movie with the family.
